Fraserview Townhouse Property

This Fraserview property was aiming to set a new price point for the neighborhood and we had to step up to the plate with our home staging offer.  This was a 3-bedroom townhouse, one of the rooms was staged into a flex room to break up the monotony of showing multiple bedrooms.  Our designers used a modern downtown designe to attract potential buyers and show that downtown living can be achieved without all the drawbacks of actually living downtown.  The price point for the building was set at a new high.
