Vancouver Remax realtor Bob Bracken called us to create a home staging concept that would complement the architectural features without over masking it, and also define the multi-use spaces of this 3-level home.  Staging Etc designers went with a minimalist staging design and used contemporary style furniture, but were careful to also make it warm and live-able by using earthy textures and colors.  Our home staging services helped sell this Kitsilano home in 2 days over list price.
